1. If our part fails under the warranty period then we will either credit the part in FULL or supply a replacement free of charge.

2. If the part was supplied incorrectly by us then we will issue a FULL credit.

3. If the part was ordered incorrectly by you then we will issue a credit in Full EXCLUDING any freight charges if the part is returned to us within 14 days.   The original part must be returned.
